The Boston Celtics escaped with a hard-fought 133-128 overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the 2024 Eastern Conference finals on Tuesday night.

Despite a strong performance from the Pacers in the first half, the Celtics managed to turn the tide in the second half and take a narrow lead heading into the fourth quarter. However, the Pacers refused to give up and fought back to tie the game at the end of regulation, sending it into overtime.
